unity retreats: Terms and Conditions of Business

Welcome to Unity Retreats. By booking a retreat, workshop, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to protect both you and us, and to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for everyone involved.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • Bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified on our website.
  1. Cancellation & Refunds
  • If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, we’ll refund any payments made (excluding the deposit).
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless we can fill your space.
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
  1. Health & Wellbeing
  • Our retreats and workshops are designed to support wellbeing, but they are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs at the time of booking.
  • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during the event.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • We foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All materials shared during retreats, workshops, or online sessions are the intellectual property of Unity Retreats unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
  1. Photography & Media
  • We may take photos or videos during events for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance.
  • Any media shared by participants must respect the privacy and consent of others.

 

 

  1. Liability
  • Unity Retreats is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events, except where caused by our negligence.
  • We recommend you take out personal travel or event insurance if attending from afar.
  1. Changes to Events
  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to event schedules, facilitators, or content if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
