Join the Journey - Upcoming Events and Workshops

Our retreats are curated to help you on your journey to find peace, creativity and connection, with yourself and others through art, movement and your voice. It’s a day of slowing down, breathing deeply and discovering the healing power of a shared experience.

On the Horizon...

Saturday 20th June: Sip and Paint

Sip & Paint is a playful, heart‑opening creative session where art becomes a gentle invitation to unwind. With a brush in one hand and a favourite drink in the other, we explore colour, texture and expression in a relaxed, welcoming space. No pressure, no perfection — just the joy of making something with your hands.
This session is all about connection: to your own creativity, to the moment and to the people around you. As colours flow and conversations soften, a sense of ease settles in. Sip & Paint is a chance to slow down, laugh, experiment and let your inner artist stretch out and breathe.

Soulful Sundays

Monthly Community Singing Circle

The perfect place to practise taking up space with your voice unapologetically and without judgement. Creating a safe space for you and your voice as we sing for connection, not perfection.

We will sing traditional and modern medicine songs in rounds and in harmony. These are often short and repeated allowing our thinking brain to turn off and for us to relax into our bodies, the essence of the lyrics and the sounds around you.

This soulful sing is open to men and women aged 18 upwards.

At £14 per session, you can expect at least an hour of singing and time afterwards for refreshments and connection with the group.

Click here to register your interest or sign up.
